i brought some really cool gauges off ebay for my 1974 plymouth duster.....but when i installed them the car would not start....i later found out it was beacuse the car is equiped with a seatbelt sensor and the new gauge cluster didnot have the fasten seatbelt light....i put the old gauge cluster back in and the car started.....is there anyway i could get these gauge cluster to work on my 74
Sure. Bypass the wiring with a resistor that matches the bulb. There are companies that sell nice laminated wiring diagrams if you don't have one already.
