Where's the best place to get one locally in Jersey? Maybe we should setup a group day.

Thoughts?

Michael... It's easy to grin when your ship comes in and you've got the stock market beat. But the man worth while is the man who can smile when his shorts are too tight in the seat.

Buy the Predator and have Tony tune it for you--worth every penny--

What kind of work do you have done to the car? Different levels of mods call for different levels of tuning

Superbee #834, Mods, C&L Intake, Kooks headers & high flow cats, B&B exhaust, Srt Max cam, Pro torque 2800 converter, Hemituner tuned, Fastest pass 11.84@115

Sorry. Thread title should read "I need a DYNO tune".

I've got the predator, 180 t stat, intake, exhaust and tuned it myself. We need to do another dyno tune day. Since I missed the one last year maybe we could do another one this summer.

What do you mean by "I tuned it myself"? Did you install one of Diablosport's cai tunes? Did you tweak it further? Quite frankly, without engine work, you don't need a custom tune. It won't do very much on an SRT. I can set up another dyno day with Dwayne but getting a tuner may be another story. Steve from RDP is busy with his new shop and I'm not sure who else we could get other than maybe AJ from Long Island. He isn't expensive but he probably couldn't get through more than 2-3 cars in a day from the way he talks. Maybe I'll start a thread and see how much interest we get. Dwayne will probably need atleast 12 cars to make it worth his while for the dyno.

I had the same mods as you and went to Ralph & John Auto in Brooklyn.  Ralph was able to get the car to 405 rwhp, 30 more than what I had using the canned 93 Predator tune.  And he is very cheap...only $250 for a 1/2 day session with at least 7 pulls.

That's who installed my cam, convertor and high flow cats. He did a great job on my tune as well. Problem with Ralph's place is parking. No way we could do a group thing there. That would be ok for michael to go just to get his tune done but not for a dyno day. When I dropped my car off, they had to park it on the sidewalk.

Wow!  I might just have them work on my car while I'm their I wouldn't let them leave it overnight on the sidewalk...

Oh, they parked it inside the shop for the overnight (so I was told). I meant during the day when they weren't working on it. And you know how Brooklyn is with pedestrian and bicycle traffic. I was a little uneasy to say the least. Great service and shop though.

Oh! OK! Even still it's worst during during the day I would rather have it out during the night.... But I just hope when I go their to get my cam installed they take me in right away instead of parking it outside.
