looks nice Jack--I think you should go see a Dr. though--I think you now have "Moditus"--it's very infectious, addictive, contagious and it usually is costly--you'll know if you have it when once you do 1 Mod and then you want to do another and another and another--it just doesn't stop Jack--sometimes it will become dormant in your system and out of the blue you'll see something that will look great on your ride and it flares up again--you NEVER can get rid of it--

AND ONCE AGAIN....  NOW IT IS "BILLET TECH'S" TURN!!!! AFTER CONTACTING THEM TODAY AS TO WHERE IS MY ORDER (WHICH WAS MADE ON 6/24) I WAS TOLD THAT THEY ARE HAVING PROBLEMS W/ THEIR ANODIZING CO. AND WON'T HAVE MY ENGINE KIT BACK FROM THEM FOR ANOTHER "2" WEEKS AND THEN THEY HAVE TO ENGRAVE IT AND THE PEDAL KIT WILL BE ANOTHER WEEK AFTER THAT! THIS ALL AFTER BEING PROMISED AND REASSURED THAT I WOULD HAVE IT FOR CARLISE!!! NOT SO MUCH AS A PHONE CALL OR EMAIL SAYING ANYTHING ABOUT THE PROBLEM. I PERSONALLY DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW YOU ADVERTISE ALL THESE DIFFERENT STYLES AND COLORS AND NOT STOCK AT LEAST "5" OF EACH AND AS YOU SELL THEM YOU ORDER MORE TO RESTOCK SO YOU DON'T HAVE CUSTOMERS WAITING 4-6 WEEKS FOR PRODUCT. OBVIOUSLY OWNERS & MGT THERE WERE ABSENT ON CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING DAY. PERHAPS A COLLEGE COURSE ON MANUFACTURING AND DISTRIBUTION COULDN'T HURT EITHER! SO NEEDLESS TO SAY THAT BUY THE TIME I GET THIS STUFF THE SHOW SEASON WILL BE ALMOST OVER, YOU CAN IMAGINE WHAT I TOLD THEM TO DO WITH THER ORDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IS IT ANY WOUNDER WHY MY NAME IS "SCHLEPROCK!"

Fairly Often on Facebook they Post apologies for production issues. It never seems that they post before, only once the Sh*t hits the fan.
This time they are in deed having a Red and Blue anodizing production issue. They are also out of Catch Can's Apparently.
I guess with Places like Billet Tech, 402 Motoring, etc. you have to always remember they are a Machine Shop, Collision Repair, etc. first and they cosmetic work they do for our cars is a secondary business.

Sorry to hear the problems you're having with this supplier, but to make a minor correction, I know you placed the order May 24th. I hope they get on the ball with customer notification when the production issues are not something the consumer would have a clue about without disclosure.

Yeah typo the 6 is right next to the 5 and yes it was in May I placed the order. Like I said before I just don't understand how they don't stock "Popular items" I mean for cry'n out loud just our Club alone of 300 members and just about everyone I now has Billet not to mention all the other Forums out there that they advertise on. I guess it's like what Toney said to me "When your the only game in town" they tend to have that premadonna attitude. I wish I could find the finanical backing because I would put them out of business just like I did the compitition in the Marine Lumber Business! Do think I only had one kind of Piling (Poles) on the ground and when bulkheads called up I said "I have to order them for you" are you kidding! I would have been closed faster then I opened. We had 8" diameter from 8'-25' in both 1.0 and 2.5 (type of pressure treated) 10" from 12'-50' in 1.0,2.0 & 2.5. There comment to me was if we had stock of everything we make we would be as big as Wallmart (Perhaps you should read and follow such success stories) If I told you what we had sitting on the ground in $$$$ at any given time you all would fall out of your chairs, and I did WHAT EVER IT TOOK TO GET THE BUSINESS! If that meant making deliveries myself in the trucks until 11-12 midnight I did it! When I promissed a contractor their material you damn well better belive it was there! To the point I would get in fights with my office mgr Stacey because she would tell people we "Can't" get to you! THE HELL WE CAN"T...."I CAN!!" Like I said only if I had the backing I would have the CNC machines a warehouse and staff by the end of next week! I just can't stand poor customer service. With that I will end my Rant!

I saw your post on Nicks FB page. I am hoping for firm delivery dates on our reds tomorrow in the early afternoon. It has been over 2 weeks since our red has gone out to one of our anodizers. Not only are you waiting, but we have a major order out as well with Mopar direclty that is causing us major grief. I promise you this, we are doing all in our power to get these parts back in from color and get everyone shipped out. If it comes down to the wire we will overnight your package to you.

I ordered in early June (blue) and they did ship the catch can and the fuse box cover which I got this week, with a nice note that they are trying to get me everything else in the dress kit before Carlisle, but no promises. I know from previous experience that you have got to plan on a lot fo lead time but they are runninge extra behind right now. Thsanksfully the final product is worth the wait.

Well maybe next year when they get their S#@T together but for now I cancelled the order! It's nice that they sent you emails Jack about my situation but they had my home, cell and my email and I never heard a word until "I CALLED THEM!" Free shipping and a dicount does what for me if it's not going to be here a week or two after Carlise! Here's to Billet Tech and their quality service!!!

Ok JUST spoke with Billet Tech .. I was told ALL the RED and Black and clear was in and ready to go to engraving my fuse box cover will be done and my items will be shipped for arrival on Thursday. Also people that have been waiting on items and need for Carlisle are getting top priority ... Sorry guys waiting on Blue it not such a done deal for you they are still waiting on items
